  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
